An Outstanding Location
Located on the North Shore, between Natashquan and La Romaine, the fishing camp is nestled approximately 9 km upstream on the Musquaro River. It can be accessed by seaplane from Havre-Saint-Pierre or Natasquan.

With its majestic surroundings and abundance of Atlantic salmon, the Musquaro River offers the perfect setting for enjoying or even learning the basics of this special fishing technique which may be practiced from the shore or in a canoe.

As for speckled trout or ouananiche enthusiasts, they will appreciate the high density of these species along the Musquaro River, all the way up to the superior limits of the territory, at the mouth of Musquaro Lake. From the fishing camp, it takes two hours and six portages to navigate the 48-km distance to the lake.

Complete Services
Expert fishing guides will help you discover the territory and organize one-day expeditions for you and your group, complete with fishing lessons to learn the basics of fly fishing.

For each guest, J.M.L. Outifters supplies the services of a fishing guide, as well as access to a motor boat and fishing equipment.

Your fish will be cleaned for you and placed in a cold storage room. Before you leave, they will be vacuum-packed and wrapped in Styrofoam containers that will preserve their freshness for approximately 10 to 12 hours after you leave the camp.
